Complete this task to print a collection letter from the Collection Actions section. Before a collection letter can be printed, it must be created via the Manage > Collection Letterspage > Add.
You can also choose to print a demand statement for the guarantor account to send with the collection letter.

To print a collection letter with a demand statement (guarantor collection tasks only):

From the Guarantortab, select the collection action for the letter to be printed from the Collection Actions section.

Click Print Letter. The Print Letter window opens.
The Self print option is selected by default.

Select the Also print demand statement for the account checkbox.

Click OK. Two print windows open, the Print Collection Letters window and the Demand Guarantor Statement window opens with the images of the collection letter and statement.
Use the toolbar to print the collection letter and guarantor statement.

Click X to close the print windows.
The Printed At field for the action updates with the time and date the collection letter was printed.
