CONNECT User Summit 2025 has wrapped! It was another great year of shared knowledge and asked/answered questions. We hope everyone enjoyed their sessions.

The latest Connect release is 24.2.47. Highlights of this release include the following:
Case Reporting Types
Added ability to associate Case Reporting Types to a Facility, so when creating cases, only Case Reporting Types affiliated with the selected facility will be displayed.
PLEASE NOTE: No Case Reporting Types will be affiliated with any Facilities upon initial rollout of this functionality.
Collections
Fixed issue that was generating an error message when clicking the Account button and trying to access an account via a Collection Queue.
Collections Admin
Added Control Number data field option to the Collection Letters tab so auto-populate payment entry claim distribution information on collection letters.
Image Batches
Fixed issue causing the Charge Received Date entered on an Image Batch to be cleared from the Charge Batch and Case when trying to save.
Reports
Added new Production by Performing Provider report to Back Office and Portal.
Statement Batches
Fixed issue causing the Statement Date to not appear on statements generated from Connect.
Statements
Updated the RevSpring xml file with insurance plan name to include in details of payments on patient statements.Claims
