The latest Connect release is 26.5.12. Highlights of this release include the following:

Accounts

• Added ability to change an existing plan’s address from domestic to international directly within the Create/Update Insurance windows, rather than having to update the plan address through the Admin/Payers & Plans page.

Charge Batches

• Fixed issue that generated an error message when creating a case (double-clicking a row from the Staging Charges table) on the Charge Batch / EDC tab.

• Fixed issue that generated an error message when opening a case within a charge that with images attached to it.

• Fixed issue that generated an error message when creating creates in bulk from an EDC.

Facilities

• New FDA Certification Number field added to Admin/Facility/General Facility Information tab; added option to print this number in Box 23 of the NUCC 1500 form in the plan’s Paper Claim Options.

Reports

Enhanced Charge Entry Productivity Detail report to better measure charge entry productivity:

• Updated column names:

  • Created By updated to Case Created By

  • Created Date updated to Case Created Date

  • Submitted Date updated to Case Submitted Date

  • Submitted By updated to Case Submitted By

• Added timestamp after date for the fields:

  • Case Created Date

  • Case Submitted Date

• Added columns:

  • Charge Batch Created By

  • Charge Batch Created Date

  • Case Submission Duration (calculates time between created date/time and submitted date/time)
