Change Password
The Change Password activity is used to change the password currently used to log into Connect applications.
All Connect applications use the same login credentials, so changing the password in Back Office changes it for all applications, i.e., Back Office, Portal, Mobile, Reportal.
If a password policy setting forces a password reset on login, the only applications that will support this change are Back Office and Portal. If the user is strictly a Mobile or Reportal user, they will need to utilize one of the other applications (Back Office or Portal) to change a password on login.
