Complete this task to delete a case when it is no longer valid or created in error.

This action is irreversible. A case cannot be deleted once it has been submitted.

From the Charge Batch: [ID] / Charge Batch Information tab, select the case to be deleted.

Multiple cases in the charge batch can be selected for deletion by holding the CTRL key and selecting the necessary cases. All cases must have an Unsubmitted status in order to delete them.

Click Delete (or press [Alt] + U). The Delete Case confirmation window opens.

Click Yes (or press [Enter]) to continue. The case is deleted from the charge batch.

To cancel without deleting, click No.
