Deleting Collection Letters

Use this task to remove a collection letter template from the master list.  

You cannot delete a collection letter template after it is linked to an action type in a guarantor or insurance collection in Connect Back Office.

From the Collections Admin / Collection Letters tab, select the collection letter to be deleted.

Click Delete.

  • If the collection letter layout is linked to an action in either guarantor or insurance collections, an error message appears. Click OK to clear the message.

  • If the collection letter layout is not linked to an action, the collection letter layout is removed from the master list.
