Overview

The Reports page is used to conveniently generate standard reports found in Connect Portal.

There are five tabs available on this page:

The Output tab displays completed, or executed reports. Reports from the past 30 days are displayed upon default when opening the tab.

How to Get Here?

From the Home Page:From the Menus:
  1. Click Reports from the Manage  list 
  2. Click the Output tab.

Allows the list of scheduled jobs to be filtered by Folder, Source, and Job Name.

As you type in the Source and Job Name fields, the reports in the list are filtered to show only those that match what was typed. To restore the list to all reports, clear the contents of the filters.

The name of the report folders and the reports housed in the folder.

Search

[Alt] + [S]

To specify new search criteria in finding a generated report.

  1. Click Search. The Search Criteria window opens.

  2. Enter search criteria.

  3. Click OK.

View

[Alt] + [V]

To open the generated report in Connect Back Office.

  1. Select the report to view. 

  2. Click View. The report is displayed.

Delete

[Alt] + [D]

To delete the associated report.

  1. Select the report to delete.

  2. Click Delete. The Delete Confirmation window opens.

  3. Click OK.
